Meet Our 2026-2027 Cohort!

Earlier this month we kicked off our second cohort with eight amazing and ambitious women! We are excited to welcome them to The Launch Initiative family! After a great first year as a national nonprofit, we've expanded our group of scholars and our mentors - growing the network of support.

What is uniqe about this cohort is that many of them are working professionals hoping to return to academia and begin medical school in the fall of 2027. We love the diversity of experience each scholar brings to our community and can't wait to see what they can achieve.
