Born from the experiences of our founding board members, The Launch Initiative is a deeply personal organization. We are grateful for the mentors who inspired us to pursue this work, and thankful for the students who trust us with their dream and invite us along on their journeys. We are so excited for the community we are building and growing.

But none of it would be possible without the generosity of our supporters. Friends, family members and colleagues who have donated time and money to ensure we can reach as many students as possible.

Here are a few ways YOU can support the work we are doing:

1. Volunteer! We offer several volunteer opportunities and mentors throughout the year.

2. Mentor! Do you love supporting others as they navigate school, career and professional milestones? Then you'd be an amazing mentor.

3. Donate! A financial donation to The Launch Initiative ensures our ability to provide students with an engaging, year-long experience.

4. In-Kind! We also welcome in-kind donations related to our in-person fundraisers. We are always looking for auction items or other prizes we can give away to individuals who go above and beyond to support The Launch Initiative.
